Hi, I'm Dorangela Bobet, founder of Two Prince Bakery Theater. Today, I will be making a non-dairy whipped topping for a birthday cake. It's super easy and only has a few ingredients. First we're going to use our chilled can of coconut milk. One teaspoon of Madagascar vanilla and one cup of confectioners sugar. Now we are ready to begin mixing everything. We're going to use the KitchenAid stand mixer and you could just use an attachment that's for whipping which is this whipper right here. We're going to put in the one can of chilled coconut milk. Be careful, it might make a mess. Let me do it with this. Because you have the chilled part and then the milk comes out. Get it all in there. Then we have the one teaspoon of Madagascar vanilla. Here we go. And a cup of confectioners sugar. And it's going to go flying everywhere so lets be careful. There we go. And now we whip until frothy. And for this you're going to want to whip it pretty fast because you're trying to fluff it up, so you could put it at a higher speed. Now that we've reached a nice, thick consistency, we can put this on top of our birthday cake. So you get a spatula. And you could to it however you want to. I just like it right on top. And now we're going to add a couple of nice birthday candles. And we have it. Non-dairy whipped topping for a birthday cake.
